Shipping Policy

Effective Date: October 15, 2026

1. Where We Ship

We ship only to addresses within the United States where the products ordered are legal to sell and possess. We do not ship internationally. Because hemp laws vary by state and are changing at the federal level, we may refuse, cancel, or refund any order to a location where we cannot lawfully ship, and we may update the list of locations we serve at any time.

2. Age Verification

All orders require the purchaser to be 21 or older. Orders may require age verification at checkout and an adult signature (21+) with valid government-issued photo ID upon delivery. Packages that cannot be delivered because no qualifying adult is available will be returned to us, and return shipping costs may be deducted from any refund.

3. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

4. Shipping Times and Rates

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and Thrive Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control.

5. Local Delivery and In-Store Pickup

Where offered, local delivery and in-store pickup are available for customers near our Leesburg, Florida store. Valid photo ID showing you are 21 or older is required at pickup and at delivery.

6. Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, you may be charged to reship it.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier marks your package as delivered. If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot find it, please contact the carrier first. Missing items within a delivered order are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

Local At-Home Delivery

This section is separate from, and does not change, the Shipping Policy above. Local delivery is coming soon! We're putting the finishing touches on our at-home delivery service and it'll be live in the weeks ahead. Until then, please choose in-store pickup.

Same-day cutoffOrder by 3:00 PM for same-day delivery. Later orders go to the next delivery day, and you can schedule any future delivery day.

$75 minimumMeasured on your order subtotal after discounts, before tax. There's no delivery fee.

21+ ID checkYour order is delivered by a Thrive store employee, who checks a valid government-issued photo ID at the door. The name must match the order. We never leave age-restricted orders unattended.

If a delivery rule isn't met (ZIP, hours or minimum), you can always switch your order to in-store pickup. If no one 21+ with a matching ID is there to receive the order, the driver brings it back to the store.

If the ID check fails (no ID, the name doesn't match the order, or the recipient is under 21), we don't hand over the order. You get a full refund minus a $10 driver fee.

Where each product type ships

This section is separate from, and does not change, the Shipping Policy above. It lists the states each product type ships to today. Every shipped order needs a buyer 21 or older and an Adult Signature Required (21+) delivery with UPS or USPS. We don't ship internationally or to APO/FPO addresses. Pickup and local delivery in Leesburg are available for every product.

THC products THCA and THCP flower, diamond-infused flower, Flower + Kief Bundle, pre-roll, kief, hash and concentrates, vapes, delta-9 gummies and drinks	42 states and DC. Not shipped to: Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont.
High-potency items	Any item listed at 400 mg or more total THC per container is pickup or local delivery only.
Delta-8 products	None listed right now. If added: not shipped to Alaska, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Utah, Vermont.
Functional mushrooms and CBD	All 50 states and DC.

Federal hemp rules change on set dates. From November 12, 2026, THCP that isn't naturally occurring can't be sold. From December 11, 2026, THCA, delta-8 and THCP products, and anything over 0.4 mg total THC per container, can't be sold or shipped. We'll update this list when the rules or our approvals change.
