We're a neighborhood hemp, CBD and mushroom shop at 1107 West North Boulevard, Suite 1, in Leesburg. We're looking for people who like leading a team and helping customers.
Store Manager
As Store Manager you'll run the day-to-day of our Leesburg shop and lead the team on the floor. You'll:
- Lead opening and closing, schedules and the shop-floor team
- Set the tone for a friendly, unhurried customer experience
- Oversee inventory, stocking and a tidy, well-run store
- Make sure every customer is 21+ with valid photo ID, and that we follow store and product rules for a hemp and CBD retail shop
- Help customers with product labels and lab reports (COAs), without giving medical advice
- Hire, train and coach Sales Associates as we grow
Hours: Tuesday–Friday 10 AM–8 PM, Saturday–Sunday 10 AM–10 PM, closed Monday. Opening soon. Our team doesn't give medical advice.
Sales Associate
As a Sales Associate you'll be part of the team on the shop floor. You'll:
- Greet and help customers find what they're looking for
- Explain product labels and lab reports (COAs)
- Check photo ID for every customer: all customers must be 21+
- Keep the store clean, stocked and tidy
Hours: Tuesday–Friday 10 AM–8 PM, Saturday–Sunday 10 AM–10 PM, closed Monday. Opening soon. Our team doesn't give medical advice.
